BestoDesign (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a creative design and marketing agency that provides design services including, but not limited to, logo design, website design and packaging. These Terms apply to all users and clients engaging with our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide:

  • Logo & Brand Identity Design

  • Website & UX/UI Design

  • Packaging & Print Design

  • Marketing Creatives

All services are custom-created based on client requirements, timelines, and mutual agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, icons, etc.) is the property of BestoDesign unless otherwise stated.

  • Upon final payment, you are granted full rights to use the delivered creative assets for your business.

  • Drafts, rejected concepts, or unused versions remain the intellectual property of BestoDesign.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information to facilitate timely delivery.

  • Any delays caused due to lack of input or feedback may impact timelines and are not our responsibility.

  • Clients are expected to review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • A project will begin only after an agreed upfront payment is received.

  • Final deliverables will be handed over upon receipt of the remaining balance.

  • Refunds are not provided once a project has commenced unless agreed upon under special circumstances.

6. Revisions & Scope

  • Our packages include a fixed number of revisions. Additional changes will incur extra charges.

  • Any request outside the original agreed scope will be treated as a new requirement and quoted separately.

7. Turnaround Time

  • Estimated timelines are shared at project initiation.

  • Delays may occur due to project complexity, client input, or third-party dependencies.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • BestoDesign is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • We are not responsible for business losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.

9. Third-Party Tools & Services

  • We may use third-party platforms or tools (e.g., stock images, fonts) under license. It is the client’s responsibility to review any external terms if applicable.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the project with written notice.

  • Work completed until the termination date will be billed accordingly.

11. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised effective date.
